Vestry Meeting Highlights
March 13, 2008
-Discussed proposed amendments to the Parish By-laws.
-Adopted a policy regarding clergy discretionary funds.
-Approved installation of a new HVAC system in the Rectory.
-Authorized restoration work on organ and solicitation of funds to accomplish.
-Approved Vestry Goals and Expectations for Vestry nominees.
-Approved hiring of consultant to begin start-up planning for new Parish Preschool to replace the former ASAD when its lease expires in June 2009.  Expressed deep appreciation to George Cox, Bill Garner and the committee for years of hard and productive work.
