The All Saints Church Altar Guild invites you to join them. Altar Guild Members serve in one or more of the following areas: Sunday services, weddings and funerals. Three teams prepare the altar for Sunday services. Each team serves for 1 month, 4 times a year … and training is provided! Responsibilities include preparing the vessels for Communion and Baptism, changing the altar, pulpit and lectern hangings in accordance with the church year colors and caring for the altar/communion linens.
Volunteers from each team are responsible for services on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Thanksgiving Day. A core group of volunteers serve at weddings and funerals. Parents are also welcome to get involved with their children! This is a meaningful way to raise children up in our faith, while learning more about our liturgy and serving God. Members are especially needed to serve at our 9:00am service.
