The Flower Guild is guided by the motto “Flowers to the Glory of God” to keep us aware of our mission to beautify His house of worship and to use the natural beauty of flowers that He has given us to bring joy to others.
The Flower Guild currently consists of 3 teams of 5-7 members each who rotate 2-week assignments throughout the year, during which they arrange the flowers on the High Altar, St. Mary’s Chapel and around the church for Sunday services. These teams, as well as a special group of holiday helpers, share the work and joy of beautifying the church for Christmas and Easter. The Guild also works closely with the Altar Guild, as both are involved in maintaining and enhancing our worship space.
